One of my most visually intense days came after the most unforgettable drive..... hundreds of miles, lost friends, meeting in the dark on a lost highway in Japan, swapping cars to my 4WD when the snow got too icy, stopping at all night convenience stores for directions. Almost giving up when a car appeared from nowhere in the mountains with shady looking characters who made us follow them up a one lane road into the mist, to deliver us to our destination; and it was Christmas morning by then, just on midnight!!!!....... the drive makes it all worthwhile and all the more memorable.... I need to do it again soon! Jacqui
Yes it is all part of the fun. Not always pleasant bus so worthwhile if you get the image.
Live would be boring without these events.
All the best.
Mike
Michael This is very nice I would think an exposure of around 1 minute would be needed to get this effect. Some of your images and techniques are along the same lines as Micheal Levin Long exposures are something I have been having a go at but with mixed success [here] are a few images. Still as they say practise makes perfect and I think I need to follow the KISS princple (keep it simple stupid). Chris

Well, the left triangle feature is a pier end so technically three rocks but could be called four. Thank you very much. Michael.
