This reminds me so much of the coast in south Norway Suzi. Marram, dunes, sea and ship! From your tag though, I see that this could be a lumber ship, as opposed to all the shipping here, which is mainly to do with the oil industry :)))

We had a wonderful time, dear Amelia - the big city is a great place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
These chip ships, approx. 165 meters in length, enter the Bay to load up, maybe four a month, on average. Barges are used more often to transport, and on our trip, we saw mesh-sided truck rigs carrying chips as well. The railroad line generally used for inland transport in the industry was closed down for repairs maybe two years ago, sold to Charleston, and is still undergoing repairs.
