Thanks Larry, I don't like that winter photo map - one of the things I'd love them to do with Google Earth would be to let you choose your season, like you can choose the sun now.

I know what you mean. Until a month or so ago there was only a strip of high resolution through the Olympics and then the coast and other parts of the Olympics were updated with new imagery. However, many of the higher peaks are covered in snow ant it is difficult to make out many of the features. I am happy for the higher resolution, but it would be nice to see a summer view.
