Thanks n1w, Guy, Norrel, MnLsDad, and marbiz ! lol, yeah, I bet a lot could be gotten rid of in these bonfires (check out Bit's close-up of it full sized. it's HUGE) but it's the fitting ending of the Fireman's Parade. When I've watched it before it's been from a house behind the tree in the shot. It was great to sit and take in the whole scene from this wharf across the cove.

And Guy and norrel usually the the sun manages to get over the horizon and keep going to Salt Lake City, Vancouver, and Masset. But this night it hit the west a little short and landed in the harbor. Wow was there ever a sizzle!
