it is real & it has just become Antwerp's central station again, not only by name. it used to be its 19th century central station, was partially abandoned later as it was a dead-end station. now it has gotten connected to the high-speed railsystem with a giant tunnel across town. some shops were added, but it is basically still a real station. check also its long hall (www.panoramio.com/photo/2416064).
