Whoops some missed comments here! Many apologies.
Thank you Misi, Buts_YV and the Bonnie Lad.
The she was a he Mike, and he had just fallen off a tight rope between the main bridge and the old lift bridge. I thought the photo would show him in mid fall, but my reactions must have been a fraction of a second too slow, so he looks as if he is actually walking on the surface of the river! :)))
An amazing shot L&F very very clever - even if it was lucky
Hi there Frank, this happens to be my own personal favourite too. It was so enjoyable watching these 2 young men trying to walk a tightrope from one bridge to another. I didn't see either of them succeed! :)
Thank you David. I signed 2 days ago, thank you. I hope they get the requisite number if followers.
You've found it! Congratulations dear Nick. Your meanderings indicate that it was less interesting than I thought! ;-)
Bleeding obvious really, but my ancient eyes had missed the significant miracle a couple of times, plus I was looking for a different sort of interesting ~ bordering on the abstract ~ arty farty ~ waffle waffle :~) Its a keeper xxxx
So you did, grovelling apologies dearLGM 55555556po414141414141414141414141 er sorry Cashew decided to sit on the keyboard :~) xx
Cashew leaves a very precise footprint, Nick. If I lean on the keyboard, this is what I get. ;-)
You seem to just get back to my first page??? Can that be so? Cashew's printout actually went on for many more lines of the 4141 bit, so I deleted most of that leaving just the start of her work :~) xxxx
That was a silly mistake on my part, Nick. I probably meant something akin to this: 758/nmfh rh ryu e74w9834fh. ;-)
I expect you enjoyed seeing Hamilton on the podium yesterday. The race was not entirely without incident I gather!
Yes he was very lucky that so many others hurled themselves into oblivion :~)
