Greetings Andreas, What a wonderful photograph. The old steam train enthusiasts are dreaming of being on this train. The coaches are all different shapes and sizes, rocking to and fro on the tracks as the miles of snow covered forests go by. The smoke lets you hear the sound of the laboring engine. How lucky the society keeps the train running and takes winter excursions. Colorado has two lines that go out in the winter for plowing excursions. They have steam driven rotary plows they put on the front of the train, load up the crew and passengers and see how far they can get up the line. They make stops so everyone can get out and watch the plow work and throw plumes of snow up onto the mountain side. I would love to see that, but these trains are a long winter's drive away. Thanks for sharing.

This railroad net from this company ahve more than 130 km , the irons from the railroad have only a lane (brigth) from 99 cm (I think 2,5 ft)!Very small! I have search in my datas more fotos about this steamtrain and one other steamtrain and I like to show you also this! And I take me the time in the next days to upload some fotos, the result from my very hard foto hunting from the last 3 years! Give me a couple of days for the loading and looking on my my site in the next time!
