Congratulations Whoelius. In my opinion a well deserved victory for this very special and beautiful photo. I'm really glad there is no discussion about the three winners.

Greetings Luud

Hi who, well done, it's a great image.

AnonymousKiwi on November 24, 2009

Hey, Who. In reply to you question from days ago (sorry, man, it got lost in all the congratulations) - I wasn't spamming, honest! That comps well and truly over. I hope you weren't too hungover after all the celebrating.

Cheers (non-alchoholic), Lisa

Cheers, vterezia, Luud, Mrs. H, Lisa, not1word and Vahdettin :)

I see one must go down to 42 m altitude to view the link for this one on Google Earth :D.

Almost 1500 views, a few yellow stars (I think), a few "best of"s (I think), a prize won in the monthly contest, a won NPC and nearly 200 comments. I think the selectors have their favourites and I'm not one of them! :(

Amelia Royan on November 25, 2009

You must appeal, Who!! They accepted this one by Michael Habla after 3 appeals! They are both similar photos :)))

Really is a marvelous capture!!!

Now in GE :D

whoelius on November 27, 2009

Thanks, Georgios :D

Amelia! It was always on Google Earth. It just wasn't very visible. One has to zoom down to 42 metres to see the link on Google Earth, while there are other pictures around it which mine has easily beaten for views, comments et cetera which are more visible on Google Earth :(

whoelius on November 27, 2009

Okay, so now it's visible from 17 km!

kamalyn on November 27, 2009

That's sure an improvement, but the irony of karma being karma: Nawitka's 'Wild West End' shot is visible from 18 miles!!! lololol ;)

whoelius on November 28, 2009

As is this though it has 7 views, no comments and...

Unless he's paying someone to secretly give him yellow stars.

Hmm. Mine disappears above about 1.05 km!

Hi, kamalyn :)

kamalyn on November 28, 2009

LOL, yeah, I noticed how high that one was, though I hadn't realized it only had 7 views. Ouch that must sting! But Gyuri has said that there are still issues with some new shots showing too high and old ones too low. Hopefully that one is in that category!

Congratulations whoelius on your win of the NPC. It is a well deserved award. I am especially impressed with your wonderful and humble appreciation note you wrote. I am so glad that there are still people who are not ashamed to recognize God as such an influence.

Best Regards, Cathy

Cathy, you're a superstar!

Congratulations on your first prize of NPC November.. great and really deserved. I am a little bit disappointed that you don't moderate next NPC. I would have been contented with the subject you had selected because I'd like to have been participated may be with a photograph like this

Best wishes uni*
