In this part of Las Vegas near downtown, a few small houses have survived, many of which have been turned into lawyer's offices. This one looks like it was influenced by the Storybook or Hansel & Gretel Style that was popular in many parts of the US the 1920s and 1930s. The style even has a fansite with many more extravagant examples of the style.
