Wurmer if it was quite a while ago that you were here, there is a whole lot of other stuff that's new. The population has more than triplet in the last 20 years.

it wasn't quite 20 years, but I understand why the population increased... heck, I thought of putting down some roots myself (over on the BIG island), I liked it so much there (on my way put-puttering up the coast on a 46-foot trawler, M.S. Miss Texas, on the way from California to Alaska)...

Wurmer ahh und wo sind die Bilder! ! You couldn't possibly have not taken any?? I keep telling myself, I want to go up the inside passage or at least see the Carmanah Valley. Life has a way of getting in the way of living.

sure I took photos, Steffi -- but they stayed behind (in my previous life) and I didn't bring them with me. Not sure I'll ever see them again, but I do have a few at least (somewhere on some hard disk or CD). I'll try to remember showing them to you when I come across them...
One of my favorite places was Chatterbox Falls. Have you been there? It's a great park area, you should go there sometimes (on a boat with a prop rather than a sailboat! or a sailing yacht with a motor, at least - else it could become a very unpleasant experience).

Never mind then, I bet you have all the highlights tucked away in your memories. Forget the bad and just keep the good ones.
Steffi bin ich schon ueber 11 Jahre nicht mehr genannt worden. Feels nice :).
No I have never seen Chatterbox Falls other than I checked it out on Google. Really looks beautiful. But I will have to pick something where I can get there by ferry. Don't know anyone with a sailboat and on't have one myself.
