beautiful view and landscape!

Greetings, Mario

Thank you for visit and comments, Mario. Directly translated to English, the name of the mountain in the background is "the horse-man", since its shape resembles that of a man in a cape mounted on a horse galloping straight towards the Atlantic ocean. Its easier to see when zooming in.

Regards, Joehenri.

Exactly, Joehenri!

I can see horserider with a coat drifting in the wind. Nice landsculpture! Do you know that rock at polar circle near ferry Jektvik - Kilboghamn? This one looks like nude laying woman... :)

Best wishes from Prague, Tom

Yes, this landsculpture is a good one. I must confess that i do not know about that nude woman. However there is an island (Rødøy) seen from the mentioned ferry that resembles a male lion lying down. It's called Rødøyløva in Norwegian.

Hello Joehenri, I tried to find this landscape sculpture in Panoramio or Google Earth - but I failed.

I found it only here in my gallery at other photo server:

http://album.olympus.cz/PhotoGallery/public/pPhotoShow.asp?pagepos=122&idAlbum=91487&idPhoto=2285773

unfortunately, photo is smaller (for unregistred members). Maybe i was affected by 3 month men's travelling almost alone :) and my imagination was "on the loose". I hope you can see it: head and arm are on the left, head is not fully visible.

Next similar landsculpture I found in New Zealand.

Cheers, Tom

I must admit that I would not see any women if you did not tell me they were there. But I do see it when I know what I'm looking for. And that Norwegian woman of yours must be a modern girl, because that shape on a girl lying on her back? Silicone...

Tomas K☼h☼ut on May 12, 2010

Yes, it could be silicone hard as rock :))

As I said - I was too long on the way :)

Now I feel sorry I made only one photo at this place. And I even lost most photos from part of the way from Kilgoghamn to Gjovik (burned CD was partialy unreadable). This one photo is smaller copy used for sending by email.

Cheers, Tom
