I love that song! and your picture isn't that bad after all!!!!!!!!
As for clikking pics, well I use to watch the OF, since the thumbnail and the medium size usually don't give and idea of the worth of the pic itself. But I see it's not compulsory!
In this case for once an old age is an advantage: I had the peerless pleasure to watch them live. You as a Twenty probably are too joung for that experience. ;-]
I don't like the new outlook of PA. The thumbnails are too big, and the site looks like a rag rug. A minimum of aesthetics should be ...
Poly, I never had such an experience... to bad!
As for Pano, I think the quality of the medium size has definitely decreased. Sometimes when you open a picture, you get the impression that it's completely out of focus. When you enlarge it in OF you understand you were deceived. Maybe this is better because he who is really interested in the picture will watch it in full size, but, on the other hand, it's easier to loose interest in the picture...
All you said is true.
But what I miss is the graphically, the aesthetically component of the design. As I said, the main page looks like a rag rug. For me the pics should be structured or guided on the page somehow.
Once I tried to make a rough proposal of my idea in the Forum:
And only 3 pics in a row is wasting of space. At least they went back to 24 pics per page. But as an overview there should be more.
