Beautiful, Suzi.

It looks like our "Double Delight", the first rose bush we planted when we moved in 15 years ago and still our favorite.

Best wishes, Leo

Thank you, Leo, there are a LOT of roses in our new garden, but I must patiently await the Spring to see what they are. If there is no 'Double Delight', I will purchase and plant one. Yours must be big and happy after all this time :O)

Suzi,

Double Delight is beautiful and interesting for the variety of its blooms. Some look like yours while others have lighter pink edges on a cream-colored petal and still others are various shades of pink throughout.

Ours is not as big as you would think. We had to have it moved last year to make room for a porch and it did not fare too well. We thought we had lost it.

Our neighbor recommended we cut it back to almost nothing, which we did. This year, to our surprise and joy, it has started its recovery.

Can't wait to see pics of your roses next spring!

Best wishes, Leo
