I happened to be there at the right time, in that magic hour before the sun sets. Thanks Rory. Did you play golf or go to the Bushmills to imbibe?
Regards,
Ian

I went to Bushmills. I'm not much of a golfer. I prefer football.

Dear Rory Brett,
You prefer football, but which code is your preference: not Gaelic Football, by any chance?
I only went to the golf course to take photographs, and the Bushmills distillery was closed! I was satisfied by the wonderful Antrim scenery and our engagement with a remarkable centre for reconciliation, Corrymeela, nearby.
Warm regards,
Ian

I was interested in the possibility that you may have enjoyed the Irish code, from which Australian Rules Football (AFL) is derived. 'Aussie Rules' is big here. Of course, many football followers in Australia will go to the big matches in any of the 4 football codes: Rugby League (NRL), Rugby Union (ARU), Australian Rules and Soccer (A-League).
Occasionally Australia and Ireland play each other according to agreed rules, Gaelic Football or Australian Rules and I have enjoyed those matches on TV.

Alain & Rory,
Thanks for the appreciative feedback, Alain. One of the good things about this image is that I was there at the right time for late afternoon lighting. Greetings from the South Pacific.
And yes, Rory, I am glad of the reminder and the link. Keep the camera before you wherever you go.

And Rory,
I have seen and commented on your 'rainbow above the landscape' image. Keep the camera before you wherever you go.
