Hi Hazel this to me is the most romantic flower, it's so nice to read that you've dedicated it to your husband, and the birds must truly be a lovely sight to see. Lovely.

Warm Wishes, Karen.

Thank you so much for your nice compliments, I am so glad you liked my Strelitzia - and it is lovely to see the little iridescent sunbirds sipping nectar but almost impossible to photograph them as they are just too quick!!

Warmest greetings, Hazel

You have alien in your garden, Hazel! It does not look like a plant ;-)

Dear Hazel, I wish you would upload the cannas, pansies and columbines, you were talking about.

But I shouldn't complain and be happy with all the beautiful flowers I can find in your gallery! To have such a flower like the Strelitzia in your garden, sounds amazing. At the Canary Islands they sell them to take in boxes on the plane.

Thank you for all the joy you spread with your beautiful photos, pictures and wonderful comments, my friend!

Warm wishes, May
