This will start a short series of pictures that are not trying to be great or spectacular as photos but represent some places from my family's personal history.
As a child my mother used to walk to school through this forest. In dark autumn and winter mornings and evenings this place must have been sometimes a little scary place for a child. My mother used to carry a stick to protect herself and her smaller sisters from wolves. She might have never met one, but the fear was real, there were wolves in this neighbourhood in late 1930's and 1940's
