gutted David, was there any damage?

David Wilson on August 10, 2009

the impact was low speed and the bike is still usable.

As you can imagine though, being knocked over and pushed over a curb and along about 20ft of pavement into a hedge hasn't improved its looks.

The left side looks like its been attacked by a madman armed with a cheese grater and some of the panels are cracked. Fortunately all to be made good on the 205 owners insurance.

shocking David, so you were on it at the time?! are you ok? did the mad cheese grating man get away with it then!?

Nah!fortunately nobody hurt, and nobody saw a thing. The old lady parked her car, then about an hour later - puff of wind, dog pees on the wheel, whatever - it rolls backwards down the hill and takes out my scooter which is parked at the opposite kerb. Very quiet side street, very little traffic. First I know is a neighbour knocking on the door to say somebody has run into my scooter.
