I have never seen a Frank Gehry building under constructions before. This will be the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, a nonprofit research clinic and community resource for the treatment of Alzheimer's and other brain diseases. The center opened on July 13, 2009, about three weeks after this photo was taken, but the building won't be complete until early 2010.
