I love this effect Nick, very interesting and modernistic - your Spinnaker tower is still there - just. How did you do this one? :))

Amelia Royan ~ put camera on tripod, firm every thing up, set up ISO to 400 and the rest on auto, gives you two or three seconds of exposure, open shutter hold for a bit then pan left to right and trust in luck as the shutter automatically closes!!!! Most friendly greetings oh intrepid wanderer :)

Freddie 6 Samantha ~ Hi fpf explanation above if interested ~ glad you like it :)

I wish you both a wonderful weekend and I sail to the Isle of Wight at the stroke of midnight :)

I may just give that a bash Nick thanks for that !

Well you have a fantastic time there, I have been to the Isle of Wight but many many years ago when I was a little girl. I'm off to Spain for 3 weeks on Monday myself, there is internet connection so I will still pop in every now and again to see what you have all been up to :)

Warmest wishes YFPF

Another piece of abstract art!!

Nice to know how you fixed it... The nice thing is, those are unreproducable captures, and that's why they are so unique!

Have a nice weekend!
