Hi Marilyn,

Beautiful photograph. The mountains really do look as if they go on for ever. I bet this would be a wonderful place during the fall.

Lovely picture of the mountains and clouds, Marilyn! I love the different shades of green and the lighting! It must be a beautiful sight in autumn too, when all the leaves change their colours! Greetings, Anne

what a wonderful panorama, Marilyn. That looks like you have visited the Blue Ridge Parkway? That one is near by. I really loved that trip - although we had lots of fog :)

Very late thanks, Michael. Yes, we spent some lovely time on the Blue Ridge Parkway. When we were back briefly in December, I was sorry that sections were closed because of winter conditions, so we didn't get to see it again.

i really do understand that. We also have had that round Boone, NC. But we got it a lot of weeks ahead. We had lots of fun while pathfinding other ways. I think we were heading to Asheville.
