We no longer have this similar scene in Thailand anywhere else either but the people from this community unite to keep it. I am very glad I've found more Japanese friend here as I think I am still short of Japan scenery on my list. Thank you for your very nice words indeed.

Hi Sonny, barber shops in Thailand have already been "modernized". The barber shop in the picture is probably the oldest one still in business in Thailand.

Dear Amelia, thank you. Fact is I didn't! But in Thailand, barbers usually chill out and are very laid back. They don't compete against time. I am not kidding. :)

Wonderful photo. I know of 2 old shops which disapeared when I was not watching, but I think, there are still few around like this even here in North America.
