love the picture
Hi Glen - Welcome to my gallery, glad you like this favourite of mine. I see that you too have a picture of these huts. Does that mean you are a local to Seaford? Cheers, Herb
ps, I have another of the same huts that you may be interested in.
Hi Herb. Thank you for the great comments on my photos. Ive just had a look at some of your photos and there really good. I live within 20-30 min drive.
Great lighting. Cathy
Glen, you are very lucky to live within striking range of here. Get there on the right early morning or evening and pictures even better than this may be yours?
Cathy -glad you like this too.
Fabulous image Herb - the light is awesome. And the little girl on the bicycle is perfectly placed - even down to her shadow. It's quite amazing the amount of texture in the wood is revealed by the low light.
All the best, Bob
Thanks for this Bob and welcome to my gallery. Glad you like the shadows and lighting of this. Yes, I agree the girl was fortunate for me here. Cheers, Herb
Interesting composition, Great dusk scene!
The girl (or boy?) plays nice accent in the photo!
I love it, and 'BO', of course.
Greetings from Japan, amitani
Another stunning image from you! A gold star from me for this one, Herb
This is truly golden!
Hi Herb, great atmosphere and lighting the cyclist just put the cherry on the cake! ~ As you probably have guessed this coastline is one of my favorite spot for walking along the cliffs from SEAFORD, MORE HERE TO BEACHY HEAD ...* Just in case you might have missed something! :)) Ciao, Nick
amitani, Wendyemlyn, Denise, please accept my since apologise for missing your comments much earlier in the year, also, Nick, Gab and Ralph**- you all say very nice things about this photo and it is clear you all enjoy my view of life. Special thanks for the awards.
Amitani, welcome to my gallery as a new visitor.
Many greetings to you all, Herb
L! How come they all have exactly the same wooden texture? Is that a multiplication? Does not look like one...
Thank you for your comments, Herb. I am a Russian who have been living in US for over 20 years.
Hello Konstantin - thanks for the personal info, I was just curios and your answer fits the bill perfectly. OK- I was wondering when somebody was going to ask the question about the texture as you did. The answer is simple: these huts are NOT wooden -they are in fact some plastic type of structures with the texture, man printed on them (industrially)! Each hut was a slightly different soft colour, but I caught them here in this picture on an evening of a deep red sunset, reflecting the light, hence the overall warmth of the picture. They would have looked quite different an hour or so before I took this. Hope that is OK for you.
SuperLIKE!!! Wonderful shot!!
