And now that I'm on the orange theme Patricia - nice bright colourful photo of the low tide zone, with great reflections. It looks great for feeding here for the waders!
However did you manage to find the "H" for Hiele?
Warm greetings, Amelia
I knew you'd like it,Amelia! Do you think it's worth submitting?
As for the H...
Well I thought: why don't I reserve a bouy, just incase I ever own a boat... ;-))
as a matter of fact, I hadn't even read it that way...)
BTW, there are strangly not that many birds on those beaches. But perhaps they are all spread out over all those square miles of beach that emerge...
I'm not sure anything is worth submitting - I have tried for 4 months now and zilch!!! Some of the winning entries are excellent, but .......
Also I'm beginning to feel short of time for replying, and certainly I am not visiting enough galleries - so it curtails a bit of freedom too.
I bet the waders are there, but not when you are ;-)
Mooi stilleven met die spiegeling in het water. Heel leuk Patricia!
Groeten van Ria
Very nice and interesting photo,Sonja
Oh yes, Sonja I am fond of looking for such effects around me...
This beach at low tide was covered with buoys like that, so I could take my time to pick the ones with the nicest optical effects...
And it fits in Amelia's orange club ;-))
I also took the oyster picture that morning!
You have a great gallery, great for technician, but first of all,I like a lot your way to watch, you look at the world thru your eyes and your heart. For this I appreciate your comments to my shot..it was like a celebration...many many thanks. You always welcome.Ciao Efrem
Kind regards to you,
Efrem, I did spend quite some time yesterday evening enjoying you gallery, and our common paths... ;-))
I only have one up of Italy.
I love your country, so much Cultural Heritage.
Where are you from in Italy??
If you ever head for Antwerp, just let me know so we can show you around the old city!!
Greetings Patricia ;>)
A subject dear to my heart, and why? you may ask!! I see something here that otherwise would go unnoticed and I wonder why those waders are not here to feast on the juicy treat that lies within that gloopy mud!!
I am, of course, referring to the worm casts that indicate the presence of the succulent lug worm!! they also make excellent bait for fishing ;>)
The worms deserve a break!! VOTED ;>)
About the waders and the worms...
I think the worms are lucky to have so many square miles of beach showing at low tide... I suppose the waders can't be every where at the same time... ;-))
I saw people digging for worms. A cousin of mine is a real champ in that; earns a lot of pocked money like that!
Very good! Tom
This photo is very beautiful.
Glad you guys like it , Tom & Strausberger!!!
... but there is enough water for a excellent reflection.
Please excuse me!! I remember reading your comment and planned to reply on it when having the time to check that great list you presented...but apparently never got to it!
I would enjoy living it that area!!!
But I have to do with keeping track of the great shot you post! My eyes on Bretagne!!!!
Warm gtz from wintery Belgium!
You got me alright, John ;-))))))))
I know the expression... and think humour is life's appetizer!!!
This picture just captured my eye and I love it! like, Greetings, Micky.
