Pleasure Island is the tourist district in North-Central Guam. Only 20 years ago, most of the buildings you see here were all lush green jungle and fishing by locals was a common site. Most locals either sold all their prime properties in this area or have leased them out for 99 years or so. Now Guam boasts of beautiful hotels & motels, Planet Hollywood, Underwater World, Hard Rock Cafe, TGI Friday, The Sand Castle, and the list goes on and on and on and...with some hotels and motels even better looking and much cleaner than hotels across America. But the people...they are Guam's best asset. You CAN NOT, I repeat, CAN NOT find friendlier, warmer and more generous people than what we have in Guam.
