Hallo Fabio! I just saw your answer passing by....
You better take such photos in the early morning or on a bit clouded day. Or perhaps in the late afternoon. The sunlight bleaches the colours of the flowers. Personally I often underexpose such sunny shots.
Well, it is possible that you know more about photography than I do. In that case, sorry, I only like to help you a little.
