At the time of our visit in 1962 one could, for a fee, enter Hitler's private bunker complex through a room in the Hotel zum Turken. The private bunker was located between the gasthaus and the Berghof.

The complex included the private bedrooms of Eva Braun and Adolf Hitler. The sign on the entrance to this room indicated it was Hitler's private bedroom.

I have been told recently that the private bunker rooms were sealed off a number of years ago and no longer can be viewed.
