JF, when I took photos of the leaves of this orchid, Klaus challenged me to find the flower. In my mind, I marked a spot where I knew there were several growing near my house in the woods just out back. Since I read that they bloom in August, as soon as the calendar turned the page, I started looking for them! Every day! By the time I noticed them, they were nearly finished blooming! Some had already faded. They are have some great camouflage.
