one time I hit a baseball that far... LOL! how have you been man?
Eh! Dr. Don! Good to see you, Sir. Life here is a thing of beauty, thank you for asking. I happen to believe you about that baseball thing.
Did you hear the roar of the upcoming truck behind you, not1word?
Believe me, Norrel, I was paying very close attention all around me during my short visit to the middle of the road.
Nice shot of this endless road! loefix
Try a incognito mode (private browsing) navigation with google chrome... anyway, it's a song of Talking Heads, "road to nowhere".
Ciao from Italy
Yikes, that's what I'd call vast! Neat photograph n1w.
Thank you very much, loefix. These long straight stretches really interest me, for some morbid reason. I hate to drive them, they never seem to end, but they are fascinating.
What does that private feature do, Michele? Off down life's long highway we go! Cheers to you.
Yes, one get the idea of space in places like this. Thank you , Tomas.
Interesting! Beautiful Utah! Greetings from São Paulo (Brasil), André.
Hello, André. Thank you for the visit, and I'm pleased you like this. You have some excellent shots of Utah over in your gallery, too. Ciao!
wow breathtaking colors and setting not1word..not really a middle of the road picture :) it's just standing out! I bet you have listend to John Lennon ;))) Best wishes, Peter
Love your title and the emphasis on the middle of the road. It really makes a wonderful contrast with the vastness of the valley the road disappears into.
Thank you for the great review, thor☼odin™. We do our best.
Hello, JF. I'm glad folks are finally getting around to my choice of setting for this one. I've seen a couple of brillaint shots of this idea before, and have always wanted to see if I could get something that might be interesting. It's pleasing that some find it to be so. : )
Thank you very much, Bruce. That's cool we've traversed the same patch. I've felt a gust or two like you describe elsewhere, and they sure do make one wonder. Glad you can have a calmer view of it.
we have a road like this in scotland, but you can't stand there in the middle too long!!! greetings camberwelle
Very good viewpoint. Voted!
Hello, camberwelle. Things out in this area of Utah are a bit slow, so I was pretty safe for the minute or two that I spent there. You'll have to share you view, too. Thanks for the visit and comment.
Thank you very much, Säm.
Any speed limits on this road?
Best greetings, Ritva
Thank you very much, Ritva. Yes, there is a speed limit, I think it was 65 mph/105 kph.
