All the best, Tom

There are certainly some beautiful falls in the States Tom, This is magnificent! The texture of the rocks on the foreground really does justice to the rapidly flowing soft focus water. The heron, if that's what is, seems oblivious of your presence, but I see you had a long F.L. Lovely work :))

Cheers, Amelia

Thank you very much Amelia for those very nice comments. It is a Heron. Great Blue Heron to be exact. :) We saw at least twelve of them this morning in and around the falls.

Best regards to Norway from Virginia,

Tom

Thank you very much oronbb for the kind words. These guys often do stand very still...like a statue. :)

Very happy you like it enough to stash it away in your "favorite photos" Emanuele. Thank you. :)

Best regards from Virginia,

Tom
