Ian, i like your collection and i put it with my favourites.
Greetings from Belgium, Jacques
Mon Cher Jaques,
I am sorry that I missed responding to your comment here earlier. I will try to ensure that I provide good photos covering a diversity of subjects so that you are not disappointed by choosing this gallery as one of your favourites. I went to thank you too for the uploads of photos from your home community. I passed by where you live once during a snow storm and that was all I remember of your neighbourhood, so it is good to visit through your photos. Sincere greetings from Sydney.. Ian
Nice capture! I just love good photos taken in bad weather.
Thanks for the visit and the compliment, wjaz. This was a very memorable moment during a delightful afternoon. I look forward to exploring your album. Kind regards from Sydney,
I love this, Ian.
The falling hail softens the road in the distance, and the majestic snowy peaks, with the winding road and all the vertical trees drawing the eyes up towards them, saying : "Look at our majesty and be humbled, you tiny earthling".
Warm wishes, Hazel
It was a very special afternoon. Not often do I travel alone, exploring, poking into nooks and crannies of the landscape, but this was one of those days. The passing hail storm was an added blessing.
Margaret was attending a conference in Denver, and I was attending to the majestic with my camera.
I have just unpacked the computer after a few days of unpacking, and enjoying a forced rest having torn a back muscle while storing some oversized boxes last night.
very nice shot!
Thanks nctm for your appreciation. Ian
