Which a beautiful moment at blue hour. In full size it is almost overwhelming! Y.S. for it and my best whishes!

The blue hour was almost gone, I had to use a long exposure (the clouds got blurred) and gave some extra light (with a headlamp) to the rocks. Vielen Danke für das Kompliment Herr Sonstiges (and for the yellow star).

If you would set a "contest" tag then the related pictures are better to find for your visitors. Voted.

You're right Herr Sonstiges, adding a "contest" tag could be a good idea, some people are using that. I think it's appropriate, I just don't want to end up advertising too much, sometimes it's a thin line where one has to balance. Thanks for the vote again!

Herr Sonstiges, on September 15, said:

"I think it's appropriate, ..." FYI (from Panoramio help pages):

> Spam in comments

We don't like spam in Panoramio ... .

Comments to photos from other users are considered to be Spam if they are posted:

- with identical ... - ... - intending to promote photos for the contest. If you want to win the contest, do not start a campaign, but just upload great photos and add them to the tag "contest", ...

<

And therefore there is no risk to do so :-).

"I just don't want to end up advertising too much ..." You have done some advertising? I have voted only and I think that is much too less for such a great pic. I would really like if your work become more audience. Its on you to promote your pictures, do it as you like, of course.

Bye!

H.S.

P.S. "...just upload great photos..." is definitely not enough (at least if you are a new user).

I'm sorry about the text format above, I don't know how this happens (I have not selected the very small font).

Juha Rimpiläinen, on September 15, said:

Herr Sonstiges, the font is readable and it's therefore easy to see that you are quoting. No, I haven't done any promoting (at all actually), but of course I'm happy if I get audience and what pleases me most are the positive comments and friends with same interests. If I happen to get some votes, that's just an extra bonus.

Anyway, you're very polite in your comments.. und das freut mich sehr viel...

Excellent pano! Very nice reflection and blue hour shot! I also like the artificial lighting you used for highlighting the rock! Excellent work! Adding my vote!

I think the Panoramio voting mechanism is defective: I can give a 2nd time my vote for this picture (and I will take my chance). This is something very new ...

Thanks again (and again) Herr Sonstiges. If (and when it really is as you stated) voting again is possible, the mechanism surely is defective. It gives a dishonest person a possibility to create another account for voting purposes.
