Hi I think they hold a 1940s weekend every year at the Tramway Museum with 100s turning up in period dress and palying role. There is even a market where you can buy 1940s clothes uniforms and accessories. Other heritage railways hold similar weekends throughout the year and I would not be surprised to the same faces there. I was in another tram. We 'missed' one on purpose so that we could get the top front seats. The window glas was a bit dirty as you can see :)
