.. & YS*
It's a lovely scene JF. The flowers are so pretty.
almost too beautiful for words...
have a nice week my friend!!
I wonder how these gorgeous flowers smell?
Ippa, you have me there....all I can remember was the crisp, fresh alpine air! I am honored by your YS*.
Roberto, thanks for your kind wishes & I hope you do the same!
Jean & M I am glad you enjoyed this lovely place as much as I did. I have done this hike twice - once alone at 5am on July 5th years ago & now with my daughter around 6:30pm in late July. Both times were so special you can close your eyes and go back to them for years. We all need those times & places from time to time!
Thanks to everyone for your visits and comments
Another beautiful capture of a beautiful wildflower, JF! Thanks for the introduction, I'd never even seen a picture of an Avalanche Lily before. Theolfa
Thanks Theolfa! They literally blanket the hillsides & they are tiny little lilies. JF
Lovely composition and foto, JF!
Glad you enjoyed them. I took a bunch with my lens practically stuck in the flowers & thankfully this one turned out ok.
Thanks so much, Kriszta! Mount Rainier is summer is a magical place.
wildflowers.... I could spend hours shooting them and just getting lost in it all!... They are one of my favorite things of spring.... I really like your flower images.
Mark thank you so much for all your wonderful visits and comments. I read them all recently and really appreciated them. I try to look at other people's galleries before responding or else I would forget....so I get really far behind on responding to comments. I enjoyed my tour in your gallery tonight. Pincher Creek area is even more beautiful than I realized when I visited there. Thanks for sharing the beauty of your area with us all.
Fabulous shot! Lovely those flowers are!
Thanks Misi! This is such a special place and there were flowers everywhere. I am glad I could share it with you. Many thanks for all your visits!
