The person who designed this fountain certainly had a playful spirit! The jets of water shoot up in a variety of patterns at a variety of time intervals, just daring people to see if they can dash across without getting wet -- occassionally they make it -- and then look dissappointed and try again. Kids and young-at-heart of all ages were gleefully playing with the fountain on this late summer afternoon.
