In Hong Kong, the railway also use yellow line to alert passenager not standing behind it while the train is coming to prevent any accident. It is exactly the same color.

By the way, when I saw your photo it reminded me of my own inferior photo of the Taormina train station. I posted it almost two and a half years ago. Panoramio only recently reconsidered and accepted it for GE. I wasn't concerned because it isn't my best, but I do think there are some similarities to yours.
