Nice picture Ian. Greetings Berend (Had not much time for Pano the last weeks)

Ian Stehbens on September 28, 2009

Dear Eva, Hans, Berend:

I was so delighted when I saw this I wanted the whole plane to see it, but ... most were asleep and one does not wake up sleeping passengers on a long-haul flight!!

I so loved the colours and I am glad you do too.

My special greetings to you each (from Tonga).

Very good timing Ian...

Ian Stehbens on October 13, 2009

Ah yes Kaan, the pilot positioned the aircraft perfectly for me!!! And the sun's golden light was coming under the aircraft as well, making the Rolls Royce engine beneath this view look like molten gold. What a moment.

Kind regards,

Ian

Fai and Axl

Happy New Year!

Dear Fai,

It is very special to have contact with you for me have quite a number of common friends. I am sorry that I missed you comment and your award of BO, Fai. Thank you. I was mesmerised at the time as I stared at the glory!

And thanks too, Axl. I thought about my composition, for the scene was so gloroius, I wanted to present it as well as I could.

When we fly, there are many special scenes from the window seats!

Warmest regards from a southern summer,

Ian

Be back soon Ian ~ wireless hugs, Maja

Ian Stehbens on February 9, 2010

That makes the wireless far more exciting, Maja!! The flight was good, but an aisle seat doesn't give images like this one. And we are just back from a TraNZAlpine train ride today and it was wonderful. I hope there will be some images to share from the day.

Appreciatively,

Ian (in Christchurch)

This is to turn completely lightheaded in any sense of the word Ian, I already saw it a while ago. To lose any shape and become a floating part of that universe of warmth...

Pastel blessings, Maja

Nicely captured!

Ian Stehbens on January 26, 2011

Dear Marquee and Maja,

This certainly was one of the more awesome or spellbinding views from an intercontinental flight that I have witnessed. It was stunningly beautiful, then as the sun illuminated the engine below with golden light as the first rays of sunrise burst into this it was amazingly beautiful. This photo is all I can show you of that experience, but it was special indeed.

Thank you for appreciating it with me.

Ian
