The Town Hall and Prince Albert Pub from Priory Road, Dover, Kent, UK
Below the left-hand edge of the Town Hall Clock (about half-way down) is the inverted-V housing covering the Zeebrugge Bell.
To the right is the forecourt of St Edmund's Chapel: see the St Edmund`s Chapel Dover UK photo for more info.
To the right of the yeuky-green car is a chap with a walking stick called Jim. Above the roof of the car, and in front of the arched window on the side of the Town Hall, is a chap wearing a white hat called BobTaylor and his wife, Marie (in a white coat).
As you can see by the Town Hall Clock, its nearly mid-day (on Sunday) and all three of them are on their way to the Dover Sea Angling Association Social Club, which is only a few yards behind where I took the above photo from. I'm also a member of the Club, but today I went to The Park Inn instead (after saying hello as they passed, of course!).

The Town Hall and the rear area of the Prince Albert Public House from Priory Road, Dover, UK (see more Dover Pubs).
The main reason for uploading this photograph is to compare it with, "Old Dover: The Town Hall from Priory Road (UK)" which is a black and white photo (part of the Old Dover set), possibly taken in the 1930s.
The most noticeable differences between the the two photos are:
The front garden areas of the houses on the left of Priory Street have been reduced at some point in order to widen the road.
There is no longer a building ("Bricknell's" in the b&w photo) in the forecourt of St Edmund's Chapel.
Now for some brief comments about the photo on this page:
The whole of the front facade of the Town Hall can be seen in the Dover Town Hall Biggin Street UK photo.
