The 'Heltborg' tied-up against the jetty of Dolphin Hard, Dover Marina Tidal Harbour (UK) on Tuesday, 9th September, 2009.

Note the crack in the foremast near the top.

I expect the boat is named after the town of Heltborg in Denmark.

Port of Dover, the official website of the Dover Harbour Board says:

Tidal and Non-Tidal Berths

Wellington Dock offers 157 berths which are accessed by a lock/swing bridge (HW -1.5 hrs / + 1.5 hrs approx).

A further 107 berths are provided in the Tidal Harbour with 24 hour access and 133 berths are available in Granville Dock which is accessible for 60% of the tidal cycle (HW - 3.5 hrs / + 4.5 hrs approx).

Craft can anchor in the Outer Harbour but owners are advised not to leave vessels unattended.

Scrubbing Berths

A Scrubbing Berth, which is also available for minor repairs, is located on Dolphin Hard in the Tidal Harbour. Use of the Scrubbing Berth should be arranged at the Marina Office.

The "RNLB 17-38 Daniel L Gibson Relief Lifeboat, Tidal Harbour, Dover Marina, UK" photo was taken from on top of the Dolphin Hard Jetty (as was the "The Clock Tower and Dover Castle from Dolphin Hard Jetty (UK)" photo).

The three gun positions of St Martin's Battery are visible below the treeline on top of the Western Heights cliffs, right of centre and above the bow of the Heltborg.
