Very nice photo and now İ have learn more about Tarhana.They use Chikpea and chikpea flavor.mint,yeast.nigella seeds flour.yoghurt.tomates and paprika. All mix together and wait some days and then dry it and you can have it for long,long time. İ like it but not so much mint in it and that can be different from different people.
