Thanks Tom I was quite pleased that the ND grad could hold the sky back enough to get some detail into the aloes - it was really a picture of them , but I didn't want to lose the awesome backdrop. - I seem to remember that I tried kicking some flash in on one exposure but that lost all the dusky subtlety. I always like this one, Tom. Glad you do. Graham

Graham, really enjoyed your E Cape landscapes, being a PE expat myself. This one near one of my favourite spots on the planet, Storms River mouth. Going back in December and will take some inspiration from your shots when I get the chance to get the camera out down there.
