Very nice Marilyn.

Thanks, Margot. Composition was determined by where I could brace my camera; outside it was grey and rainy, and I didn't even try for an exterior shot of the interesting building. Marilyn

Dear Marilyn,

First may I resend Christmas blessings and wish that 2010 is most fruitful and fulfilling as you research, write, travel and photograph. I am sure that you have had a very special time with your family.

I have much catching up to do now in Panoramio, and thank you for your patience and faithfulness. I cursory review of your more recent images excites me and I look forward to perusing each.

And yes I enjoyed reading your profile story. Thanks again for your sharing, of this too.

I appreciate this interior photo from the cathedral, which expresses one of the essentials of Brazil and Rio.

Greetings from Brisbane,

Thanks for your comment and visits, Ian. We had a lovely Christmas with our family, and now I am settling down to working hard - shortening the far-too-long manuscript of a friend and working on my own research. they are good activities for winter days.

Very best wishes to you and your family,

Dear Marilyn so happy to read you ! Then, you came to Rio. Next time, you'll visit us. You caught an other aspect of this cathedral, just a different point of view, wich is very good to discover. That's the miracle with photo, and panoramio: a thousand looks, a thousand emotions. We live overthere since Autumn 2009, sharing my live between France and Brazil. Looking forward to reading from you. Friendly SisAnnick

Yes, Annick, isn't it interesting to see how many ways there are to look at the same place? That's one of the delights of Panoramio - and good Panoramio friends is another!! Very best wishes, Marilyn
