Alan, I do so appreciate the way you always pop in to see what I've been snapping away at! Your comments are always welcome and I just hope I can repay the compliment and travel over your way soon!
Steve, thank you for that link to that fantastic sunrise! Your colours are rich velvets and mine are washed out silks, but boy, are we both lucky to live in this country!
Very best wishes to you both and thanks again for visiting...
Norrel, don't you think Steve put that beautifully? :D:D:D (By the way, I've been very busy flossing regularly - I'll post another portrait and you won't know me!)
Actually, Steve, I was so busy following your nifty link that I quite forgot about what you'd written back on this page, or I'd have had something to say about it! That is the very finest way of being missed I've ever come across - thank you!
Enjoy your Sunday, folks, blinking hot here today!
Yeah, Steve is some kind of poet here, like you. It's not even beautiful, it's very funny as well :D :D :D (tee hee hee, you know). Don't hesitate to post another portrait, Sue, we'll appreciate that.
Tee hee hee indeed! You giggle just like me! How wonderful! :D
Thanks, Jean, I really liked the clear glassy colours to this sky. Glad I managed to get the silhouette crispy for a change too. I always seem to be focusing on the wrong thing lately. I don't know if it's me or the camera, but the results are always disappointing. I wish I could paint things like you can, that must be a wonderful thing to do..
Very best wishes,
Hi Sue - I agree with everyone above ( well, except someone's comments about teeth!) A great sunrise set off by that crispily sharp silhouette!
I have changed my toothpaste, BnP, but alas, I think they still have a tinge of yellow. Still, i did hear somewhere that I may have good enamel, so it's an ill wind which blows no one any good... Gosh, I'm talking some nonsense today -- mustn't be drinking enough water or something!
Anyway, I'm delighted to hear from you, dear old thing! :DThank you so much for calling in,
Very best wishes,
It is a beautiful shot. I like the color and cloud. Wonderful.
Many thanks to you, Jeff! I love the silhouetted trees against a good sky. Something to relish as darkness falls...
Very best wishes to you,
Lovely colours and composition Sue, festive greetings! Fai
how can i forget my elusive friend all the best to you and the family i give you a WA xmas card.
Thank you, Fai, for your festive greetings and lovely comment! Sorry I'm rather late in returning them - better late than never, eh? All the best to you,
Stevethank you for the Christmas card, which I am now off to look at again. I'm sure I have already, but I have really lost the plot here, so I'm going again!
Andre, I'm really so pleased you called in - I keep finding all these lost comments, and it's down to you making the thumbnails pop up infront of my dumb face again! Your comments are really so encouraging - thank you!
Very best wishes to you all,
very nice landscape photo, Bedri / Turkey
