Nice colours has it been manipulated in any way???
Hello Mwng, I'm glad you like the colours on this one. No, this was left alone in all its glory. I only take pictures of the sunsets if they are stunners and don't need anything doing to them. We haven't had any good sunsets for quite a while, and it has just dawned on me that it's probably because we've had a wet year and not so much dust in the atmosphere. There are good and bad sides to everything aren't there?
Thanks very much for the visit, and taking the time to comment,
All the best to you,
You've done a great job with this one. Your right we haven't had many stunnig sunsets recently, although I have seen a few but never had my camera on me. We might get some in the coming months
Thanks, Mwng. This tree is in my garden, and I have so many shots of it with various multicoloured skies behind it, I could start up a gallery just of that tree. There's a tree down the road which is a beautiful silhouette and I've taken heaps of shots of it too, and because of the wider landscape behind it, have put a lot of them on here. I really appreciate your visit, and here's to many more beautiful sunsets! I shall try to come over and see your gallery in the next day or two...in the meantime...
Very best wishes to you,
This photo is wonderful. The starkness of the tree against the ravishing colour of the sky is just beautiful.
tu-quoque, I do like your description of this photo!

Fantastic clouds and colour in the sky. Stunning
Very beautiful photo!
Happy New Year Sue - sorry to hear about your camera - I hope all is well with you down under. Here we are just about keeping our heads above the flood waters! Cheers, William
Doesn't matter one bit, William, I shall get another camera one day, down the track and the longer I wait, I'll make sure the better it is. :) I can still think about what I would take a photo of if it were possible, which is half the fun. In fact, I think I'm taking perhaps more notice 'in the moment' as I know there won't be a back up image to look at later. I'm going to have to do some investigative work and see where you are to be flooded. Have I missed something on the news, and you're in the UK or are you in deepest darkest Guatemala? So good to hear from you! Catch you later,
Well hello the dead has risen its a time of great rejoicing. say did you get a message from me as i sent you one but as yet i still wait but that is usual. thankfully no bollards in this shot so i cant be held to ransom. yep its one of your oldest ( longest not old in years or wrinkles mates)longest known and cares mates. me i just hope you are well and enjoying life to the full pegs and all.
