Hi mvathyam,thank you for your question. This strucure is situated on 東宝興路(Dongbaoxing road)No.326. You can recognize this structure by some guide books of Hongkou-Qu, for example 民俗上海(虹口巻). You can also retrieve Sikh Gurdware of old Shanghai concession era by Google engine.
