It is a very nice sculpture. We have sand sculpture contests here
on the west coast of Canada every year and many people come. The art that is done is wonderful. The art is of people, sea creatures, buildings, animals, and much more. Artists must plan their designs for months. The art stays for awhile till the tide comes and washes them away leaving the beach ready for the next event. BETTY

It's a sand sculpture. When the sculpturer did it the weather was at 48 Centigrades or 127 Fahrenheit
