I have no details about this CN 6015 from 1923, but this huge and heavy lady has run in the Rocky Mountains.
In Canada we never saw any trains run fast... not even passenger trains.. But the freight trains are instead very VERY long.
Often with more than 100 cars.

Sure, the requirements to the engines were different: german engineers didn´t have to consider an Alps crossing on every journey..!
