I read online that it is a British term to describe something pleasing. Here the slang term refers more to someone who drinks more than is wise.
I assumed there was more to the term than I knew as I felt I was missing something. My comment was in regards to the tag. But now that I understand lush in the British sense I guess it is even more fitting. How is it I still feel a little out in left field? :))

I thought lush meant rich and luxurious. OR also the other meaning of someone who drinks a bit too much, or way too much.
How do you use the word lush here? This van looks pretty swanky to me.
Great shot and love the tag.

You may be right in the US Jean, but over here we'd say that was plush, as in velvet

Mike I have something I want you to see when you get a chance. Remember on my shoe(Croc) we talked about gumbo. Here is a perfect photo of gumbo.
Hope all is well with you.....we miss "seeing" your smiling face!

I would guess maybe a time when it would have been best to pay attention to the sign. But hind sight is always better!

Mmm, I was never lucky enough to own one, but had an idea to retire from work and travel Europe for six months and paint in a type 2, unfortunately, my health would not allow it!
So I had to dream!
