Sandro Silva, siam16: Thank you! This place, this region is very romantic. The nature is practically untouched, and people live very close to the nature.

why is this lake called killer lake????

NAGY Albert on July 2, 2009

The lake was created by a landslide in 1837. It was probably named after the neighbouring Gyilkos-kő (Killer Stone) mountain. The first name of the lake was "Gyilkos tava", that means "The lake of the Gyilkos (mountain)".
