Thank you Zekinha,
The Severan Bridge (Chabinas Bridge or Cendere Bridge, Turkish: Cendere Köprüsü) is located near the ancient city Arsameia (today Eskikale), 55 km from Adıyaman in southeastern Turkey. It is spanning Cendere Çayı (Chabinas creek), an arm of Kahta creek on the road from Kahta to Sincik. The bridge is constructed of 92 stones each weighing about 10 tons as a simple, unadorned, single majestic arch on two rocks at the narrowest point of the creek. At 34.2 meters, it is the second largest arch bridge ever achieved by the Romans, which is 120 m long and 7 m wide. It is one of the oldest bridges known in the world and still in use.
Greetings from Turkey, Metin
