Where is this place? Very nice, Marilyn

Thank you for your comments, Luis. This is taken from the Zimbabwe side of Victoria Falls, though part of what you see in the photo is in Zambia. Marvelous sight, but be careful of your camera! Closer to the falls it can be very wet.

Beautifull photo of the falls, all the water in suspension on the air it's really a good catch. Cheers, Alex

Many thanks, Syl. I'm enjoying the wonderful things you've been doing with sepia. I think the Cooper Marsh one is my favourite. Marilyn

I really like your collection too Marylin, you are a real Globe Trotter!

Thanks, Melkan. Yes, my husband and I have really been enjoying retirement, doing what we can while we can because we never know what the future will bring.

Gladly. In less than a month we leave for Australia and New Zealand. My husband found a meeting that he "has to" attend ...

Thank you polytropos. It's because to travel is may be my first hobby, with reading. The others thing I don't found so important (now).Once at a time I found one thing more interesting...

I'm really lucky, Daniela, in that he's an extraordinarily good traveling companion. When I say "That would be great to do, but it's too complicated," or "... it would take too much time," he figures a way to make it work! (He has other talents, too...)

You are twice lucky,Marilyn. With the other talents, too. It's not so easy to have good traveling companions. In this I'm lucky too because I have two friends,Lia and Anna, with whom I have traveled now the last 20 years or so.We have the same concept of travel and take always a three beds room,so we economize and are together.I remember my first travels with my sister and she was not half so good. ciao Daniela

Hi Marilyn, I was there in 1977 and it still looks amazing to see the tonnes of water and the rainbow.
